Restaurants: If you are a restaurant or restaurant employee, we collect personal data including name, email, address, phone, restaurant name, tax identification number, and banking/payment info. Video demos may record your image and voice for training purposes.
Drivers: If you sign up as a delivery driver, we collect your name, email, and phone number.
Making a Payment: All payments are processed via Stripe or other approved processors. Eatfluence does not store or process payment information.
Communications: We collect personal data from customer support requests, demo participation, and marketing subscriptions.
Careers: We collect contact information and resume details submitted during job applications.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: IP address, browser type, and operating system.
Usage Information: Interactions with our Services, such as pages visited, clicks, and order activity.
Location Information: Precise device location (with your permission) to provide order and delivery services.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: We and third-party partners use cookies and tracking pixels to understand usage and improve Services. Persistent cookies remain on your device until deleted; session cookies disappear when you close your browser.
