Eatfluence LLC (“Eatfluence,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our websites, applications, and services (collectively, our “Services”).   • Creating an Eatfluence Account: If you create an account, we collect personal data necessary to manage your account, such as name and date of birth.
  • Restaurants: If you are a restaurant or restaurant employee, we collect personal data including name, email, address, phone, restaurant name, tax identification number, and banking/payment info. Video demos may record your image and voice for training purposes.
  • Drivers: If you sign up as a delivery driver, we collect your name, email, and phone number.
  • Making a Payment: All payments are processed via Stripe or other approved processors. Eatfluence does not store or process payment information.
  • Communications: We collect personal data from customer support requests, demo participation, and marketing subscriptions.
  • Careers: We collect contact information and resume details submitted during job applications.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, and operating system.
  • Usage Information: Interactions with our Services, such as pages visited, clicks, and order activity.
  • Location Information: Precise device location (with your permission) to provide order and delivery services.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We and third-party partners use cookies and tracking pixels to understand usage and improve Services. Persistent cookies remain on your device until deleted; session cookies disappear when you close your browser.

C. Information from Third Parties

  • Restaurants: We may receive information regarding your order history from restaurants.
  • Partners: We may receive personal data from data or marketing partners and combine it with other data.

D. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe or other third-party processors. These processors may collect personal data, including name, billing address, and payment info. Their use of your data is governed by their policies.
